1. Booking & Payment

Minimum Distance

One-way: 130km minimum
Round trip: 250km coverage included
Short trips: Advance payment required

Payment Terms

Balance on safe arrival

Clean vehicles maintained. ₹5000 fine for smoking/dirtying vehicle.

2 medium bags per sedan | 3 bags SUV | 4 bags Innova. Extra luggage extra charge.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

Police verified drivers with elder/pregnant care training
All vehicles AC, insured up to ₹10 lakhs comprehensive
Regular maintenance & sanitization before every trip
24/7 WhatsApp support on 8300090606 during journey
Driver entitled to food/rest breaks on trips >300km

6. Liability & Force Majeure

We provide transportation service only. Not liable for:

Delays due to traffic/roadblocks/weather
Personal belongings lost/stolen
Vehicle breakdowns (alternate arranged)

Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters)
Medical emergencies during travel
Third-party damages beyond insurance
